1. Select the dashboard name. The dashboard will open.

2. From there, you can:

   1. Edit the settings of every gadget that appears on the dashboard.

   2. Edit the dashboard itself, adding or changing the shares.

For adding Filters to your dashboard

1. Click on “Add a new gadget”
   
2. Select Load all gadgets
   
   
3. Select Filter Results
   
   
4. Close Gadget screen via X at the right top of the screen.
   
   
5. Select Saved Filter
   , If you do not see the the filter in the list, then select Advanced Search below the field.
   
   
6. Image Removed Enter the Enter the gadget details:  Number  Number of Results, Columns to Display and if needed Auto refresh.

7. Click on “Save” button.
   
   

Boards

A board displays your team's work as cards you can move between columns. You can see a team board as the coloured colored glasses through which we look at project data - we can customize a board to show the exact data you want to see.
