ADecision is an Issue type used for YNS to record any decision and to report on.

AnImage AddedEnable Story is a change to a production system, with expert and manager approval beforehand. (It replaces JSOX/Story for Enable Train team only)

For testing addon Xray is used, the following issue types exist. These are used solely by testers, to plan their work;

...

• To Do: work has not yet started;
• In progress: the Decision subject is being discussed with stakeholders;
• On Hold: Status used if a Decision is set on hold;
• Done: The Decision has been made. Fields Workstream and Final Decision are mandatory to be filled before closing a Decision. 
• Canceled:  The situation about which a decision had to be made no longer occurs and has become redundant.  Fields Workstream and Final Decision are mandatory to be filled before canceling a Decision.

Enable Story includes Expert and Manager approvals of the design:

People currently allowed to do the approval are the following. Please note that Expert and Manager approval should be two different people.
