Overtime
When you need to be at the office outside the opening hours, please inform the Facility Helpdesk as soon as possible, at least a week in advance, through e-mail. The mobile surveillance service from the security company needs to be arranged to open and close the building for when you work overtime. The security company charges Yamaha every time the building gets opened and/or closed. Therefore an approval from your division manager is required for your request.
