Introduction

Welcome at the Knowledge base of YME Facilities & General Affairs

YME P&A Division main role is to provide (sell) to Yamaha customers the Spare Parts and/or the Accessories needed during the usage of their Yamaha products (units).

Documentation in this Space is only available for YME users, to view documentation on this Space, log in is required.


Login instructions:

  • Yamaha YME (external) employees, Yamaha Motor Europe integrated branches, warehouses employees and Yamaha consultants with a Yamaha account starting with YM, or WH and IWL users: 
    Same credentials as Windows login can be used (logging into your computer). 


    Password reset can be done via Windows. Use CTRL + ALT+ DEL and select 'Change a password'.

  • All other customers including consultants:  Your Username is equal to your email address.
    When you have a Yamaha e-mail address then this will be used.
    Requesting a (new) password can only be done via Jira use:  ‘Can’t access your account'  or 'Forgot your password?' button below the credential fields.
