Dashboard Objective:

This dashboard is aimed to give a detailed view of the test rides performance on the website using the dimensions and metrics as explained below. The dimensions and metrics that are explained below help to understand which units, countries or campaigns are performing well and which ones aren't. They also help to understand the reason(s) in case of under performance whether it is the unavailability of the unit for test rides, website visitors aren't clicking on "Request Test Ride", or website visitors aren't submitting the test ride request form after opening it. 

The dashboard only includes data of the 18 countries where CRM is activated: fr, it, es, de, pl, gb, pt, be, at, cz, nl, no, dk, se, sk, fi, hu, lu.

  • Campaign

In-scope metrics:

  • Product Views With Test Rides: the number of time a product page was viewed while test rides were enabled for the unit.

  • Test Ride Availability: the percentage of times test rides were available on a product page out of the total number of product page views →  (Product views with available test rides / total product views) %
  • Test Ride Entry: number of times a test ride form was viewed.
  • Test Ride Confirmation: the number of times a test ride request form was submitted on the website.
  • Test Ride CR (test rides conversion rate per new definition): the percentage of test ride confirmations on the website out of the number of times a PDP was viewed while test rides were available → (the number of test ride confirmations / the number of PDP views with available test rides) %
