Overtime
When you need to be at the office outside the opening hours, please inform the Facility Helpdesk create a Jira ticket as soon as possible, at least a week in advance, through e-mail. The mobile surveillance service from the security company needs to be arranged to open and close the building for when you work overtime. The security company charges Yamaha every time the building gets opened and/or closed. Therefore ; an approval from your division manager is required for your request.

Please note that within Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. it is not allowed to work alone in one of the buildings. This means that when you are working late or during weekends there should always be somebody to accompany you. working alone is not permitted and a member of the emergency response team need to be present, in line with government safety requirements.
If this is not the case, Yamaha motor Europe N.V. will deny access to our building.  
This procedure is necessary to create a safe working environment during the time when you are in one of the Yamaha buildings.  In case of emergency

  o Where: Report the location of the incident

  Assembly point
  In case of an evacuation go to the assembly point on the parking, between the Head Office and the Service Center:
  Always follow instructions from the emergency response team (recognizable by their vests).
  Smoking
  Smoking is only allowed on the marked locations.
  Smoking Area HO & SC
  For the head office and service center this is behind the bicycle shed near the staff entrance. Please see the red dot in below picture.

  Smoking area Bellsingel offices:
  For the offices at Bellsingel there is an area near the reception and for the warehouse staff near the canteens. See the red dots in both areas in below picture.
