Elevate user rights request is used for Ympact to request YMXXITS1 access to have command line access and to operate in Ympact (Branch specific) Production environment.
Step-by-step guide
If a SD-ticket has status 'In Progress' Req. Elevated user rights can be requested by selecting this option via the Workflow button. Image RemovedImage Added
A new authorization request ticket is created (linked as 'implements' to the original user ticket). Status of the original ticket changes to 'Pending Linked ticket execution' Image Added Image Added
The assignee opens this ticket and changes the subject to the correct branch and enters a reason for access in the description field Image Added Image Added
Select Req. Authorizations Security Approval via the Workflow button. Image RemovedImage Added
This request is published on the Teamlead / Department Manager project management board for approval, status changes to Awaiting authorization. Image Removed Image Added
Once approved, Status changes to Awaiting execution and Team Yamaha team:team#INFRAiSPARKLE-AS400 iSERIES is added. Image Added The ticket is moved to the AS400-Infra dashboard to grant the access and inform the assignee. Image Removed Image Added
After access is granted InfraiSPARKLE-AS400 support iSERIES team closes the ticket. That concludes the process, the ticket is closed, password Password is provided and the assignee can continue. Image Added Resolution will automatically be set Image Added
The original linked ticket status is transferred back to 'In progress' after elevated user rights have been granted. Image Added
