When first opening the app, you will be prompted to enter your site URL.

• The URL for the production Jira environment is https://support.yamnet.com/
• The URL for the test Jira environment is https://support-test.yamnet.com/

You will then be redirected to authentication page to log in to your account.

Limitations and known issues

• Dashboards, roadmaps, and plugins may be limited or unavailable in the mobile app.

Confluence Data Center Mobile Application

• The URL for the production Confluence environment is https://support.yamnet.com/confluence/
• The URL for the test Confluence environment is https://support-test.yamnet.com/confluence/

You will then be redirected to authentication page to log in to your account.

Limitations and known issues

• Some page macros won't display in the app or mobile web. You'll need to view the page in your browser (or switch to full desktop mode on your device).
• Image and file upload is not currently available in the app. 
• Links to Confluence pages (from emails or other apps) don't automatically open in the app.
• Admins can disable push notifications for your entire site.
