All visitors must check in and register at the reception desk Head Office using a valid identity card, passport and/or drivers licence. This is also for visitors Bellsingel offices.
A visitors badge is obliged in all Yamaha buildings and must be worn visibly.
Visitors need to be accompanied by Yamaha staff when moving around the building.
If a visitor visits the Amsterdam Warehouse, they need to wear a safety jacket as well. These jackets can be collected at Traffic.

If you are planning to meet with visitors (external) please e-mail a list of all names at least 3 days in advance to reception@yamaha-motor.eu . Employees who have invited visitors are expected to act responsibly in this context. This means that, in case of emergency, the Employee stays with the visitor and leads him to a safe place. There are safety rules available at the reception desk for visitors / sub-contractors however Employees cannot assume that every visitor is fully aware of the emergency plan of Yamaha. Furthermore visitors are also not familiar with our building.
