How to book a meeting room in HO, SC and WHS offices
We have multiple meeting rooms available for you in our buildings. Locations and capacity can be found here.
You have to book the meeting room before using it. In the Outlook room finder you can see an overview of all available meeting rooms during the time of your meeting according to the amount of attendees you invited.

Reservations for 6.1 The Academy, 6.2 The Knowledge Hub & 8.2 The HR Learning Hub can also be booked via Outlook Calendar (and not via Jira or mail anymore).
Network Training & Development (6.1 The Academy & 6.2 The Knowledge Hub) or Human Resources (8.2 The HR Learning Hub) will check availability and approve/decline the reservation.

If you are planning to meet with visitors (external) please e-mail a list of all names at least 3 days in advance to reception@yamaha-motor.eu .

Catering
Catering can be requested via Banqueting form, see more information in the Restaurant & catering policy . Lunch service is only allowed in meeting rooms in the Service Center or in the Three Forks.

 
You can make use of or our meeting rooms, but please leave the room as you found it

• Leave in time so the next user can start on time
• Do not move furniture or pull out cables
• Remove cups and glasses and put them in the dishwasher
• Throw away any garbage in the bins that are placed outside the meeting room
• Place chairs in their original place
• If you need any assistance with screens/AV system, please call +31206546141 or walk by the Infra Servicedesk on 1st Floor HO.
