Dashboard Objective:

This dashboard is aimed to help us understand the performance of marketing consents in website forms like test rides, configurator quotations, eCommerce orders, etc. It also helps us understand what marketing channels the customers consent to when they submit website forms. And the performance of marketing consents per country. 

Dashboard Access:

Important Notes:

  1. Marketing consents on the website are tracked starting on Nov. 8th, 2024. Please don't use the dashboard for earlier periods of times. 
  2. Please keep in mind that a website user could consent to multiple channels at once. So, the total number of consents is the number of times a website user consented (submitted a form with consent) and not the sum of consents per channel as multiple channels could be included in one consent (form submission).
  3. The website forms that are tracked and contain marketing consent options are the eCommerce order form, test ride request, configurator quotation request, maintenance request, lead generation, and ""Notify Me"" forms for units.
  4. The marketing channels that a customer could consent to are email, phone, paper mail, and mobile app. push notification.

Metrics Definitions:

  1. All Marketing Consents: Total number of times a website user consented to any marketing channel (or multiple ones) when submitting a form.
  2. All Marketing Consents Rate: (number of form submits with consents / total number of form submits) % -> Only the forms mentioned in point 3 above are included.
  3. Email Consents: Total number of times a website user consented to ""Email"" channel when submitting a form.
  4. Email Consents Rate: (number of form submits with email consents / total number of form submits) % -> Only the forms mentioned in point 3 above are included.
  5. Phone, Paper mail, and push notifications metrics are similar to email metrics defined in points 3 & 4.

      1. The number of marketing consents: total & per marketing channel.
      2. The marketing consent rate: total & per marketing channel.

2- Performance Per Country

    1. Dimension: Country

      1. The number of marketing consents: total & per marketing channel.
      2. The marketing consent rate: total & per marketing channel.

3- Performance Per Website Form Type

    1. Dimension: Country

      1. The number of marketing consents per website form type (test rides, eCommerce orders, etc.).
      2. The marketing consent rate per website form type (test rides, eCommerce orders, etc.).
