- Note date and time of issue occurrence
- check if Jira server is running and if CPU and memory access is sufficient
If it is not go to step 3. - Log on to the server and (as root) run the following commands:
top -b -n 5 > top
free -m > free
vmstat 5 10 > vmstat
df -hP > df
- Raise a ticket at Atlassian support and include the generated log files to the ticket.
