YME Compliance (CMP)

Users can create new issues via the YME Compliance Task Management Board.

CMP Issue types

YME Compliance has all standard Jira Software for Kanban template Issue types active.

The relation or also called hierarchy of these standard issue types can be found in the Jira training Basics under Issue types .

CMP Issues overview

CMP specific fields

  • Type: Issue type used, see list under CMP Issue types.
  • Priority: Urgency of the Task. By default issues are set to Medium

  • Labels: Labels are used to indicate which topic a task is linked to e.g. Privacy, CIP, Managerial Approval.
     This is the most important field when populating the board as they correspond to the filters.
     Labels have been made for all topics in the RACI method spreadsheet.
     Please remember there are no spaces, use underscores instead e.g. Competition_Law and Compliance_Awareness. Multiple labels can be added. Just start typing and they will appear.
  • Start date: This is the date the issue was created by default but can be adjusted
  • End date: This is the date the issue was created by default but can be adjusted

CMP Workflows

CMP project contains one  active workflow that is used by YME Compliance and has been activated for the issuetypes Task and Sub-task.

  4. On Hold: status used if a work is set on hold;
