Introduction:
We have migrated to Adobe Analytics (AA) on September 27th 2023 as our standard analytics tool for the main website (www.yamaha-motor.eu). Migration of the racing and the media website didn't happen yet, therefore, GA4 is still in use for the racing and the media website till then.
How to request access to Adobe Analytics (AA)?
- Create an Adobe account/ID by following the steps on the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html
- Submit a request on service desk to get access to Adobe Analytics (YME account) as follows:
- Click on the following link to open the request form: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
- Click on "Consumer Applications" as below:
c. Fill-in "Adobe Analytics Access" in the "Summary" field:
d. For "Application", select "Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)" from the menu on the left and "Cloud" from the menu on the right as follows:
e. Under "Description", fill-in- "Add the following user(s) to the following [country] user groups in adobe admin console to access adobe analytics.". Please make sure to replace [country] with the country that you need access to. For YME colleagues, please put EU.
f. Please make sure to add "wojciech.gorczyca@yamaha-motor.eu" under "Request Participants" as follows:
g. Finally, click "Create" and then you will receive a notification by email when the access is granted.
In order to access Adobe Analytics (AA)
- Click https://experience.adobe.com/#/@yme/
- Click on "Analytics" as below. If "Analytics" isn't showing , please click on "View all" on the top right as highlighted in red below:
Important Notes
- Requests could be submitted on behalf of agencies when needed.
- How to use Adobe Analytics and documentation of the available dashboards is out of the scope of this document and will have separate documentation(s).
