- Jira access for Yamaha employees is arranged via Active Directory (maintained by YME_servicedeskInfra Servicedesk), for (external) users without a Yamaha account, a customer account can be created and approved by a Jira Administrator. Access request need to be approved by a Administrator.A Account can be requests via a Yamaha Employee via the Jira support portal https://support.yamnet.com/, select Business Applications (ITS Support) and Application-Module: Jira.
- Confluence and Bitbucket access can be requested via the Jira support portal https://support.yamnet.com/ at the relevant department, if not known which department to choose use select Business Applications (ITS Support) and Application - Module Confluence or Bitbucket.
Edit permission for pages can only be granted to licensed users, approval is always needed by a Jira administrator.
