Login instructions can be found under:  Applications Supportdesk YME

  • Jira access for Yamaha employees is arranged via Active Directory (maintained by YME_servicedesk), for (external) users without a Yamaha account a customer account can be created by a Administrator. Access request need to be approved by a Administrator.
  • Confluence and Bitbucket access can be requested via the Jira support portal  https://support.yamnet.com/ at the relevant department, if not known which department to choose use Business Applications (ITS Support).
    Edit permission for pages can only be granted to licensed users, approval is always needed by a administrator.

If login is not possible in Jira, Confluence or Bitbucket a e-mail can be send to: YME_B2B Applications b2bapps@yamaha-motor.eu
