Introduction

This page describes the procedure used for Consumer Applications consultants to request access or how to request support for login issues. 

Instructions how to raise a ticket in the Jira customer portal can be found here: YME Information Systems Supportdesk

Portal login for consultants:  Your username is equal to your e-mailaddress.

Onboarding

Process can be found under: Onboarding process
Onboarding of a new employee , no Succesfactor registration (YMSLI, Yusen, Pool contract like: EPAM, PWC, Capgemini, REPLY and external short contracts)

Offboarding:  Remove access request procedures

Procedure remove access request for Jira / Confluence only

Yamaha will take care of the inactivation/removal of the user accounts in Jira / Confluence.

Procedure remove access request for  Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket and or Jenkins 

  • Create new Jira ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
    Select solution group: Consumer Applications, application module:  Account management (Infra) - User ID Expire form
    Include following information in the description for who the account need to be removed:
    • Full name (first and last name)
    • Email-address 
    • Admin YMEEXT* account name 
    • Yamnet account name
    • For Bitbucket  include project names/ repositories where user had access to.
  • Include as participant: patrick.dittmar@yamaha-motor.nl

Yamaha will take care of the inactivation/removal of the user accounts in Jira / Confluence and the Admin and Yamnet account.

Login issue support

Login issues Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket

  • Create new ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
  • Select solution group: Business Applications select one of the following application modules:
    a) Jira - Acces/authorization
    b) Confluence - Acces/authorization
    c) Bitbucket - Acces/authorization
  • Include in the description the message/ issue that is encountered.

    If you are not able to login into Jira to raise a ticket call  Infra Servicedesk at: +31 20 6546141.

Login issues Citrix / Jenkins

  • Create new ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
  • Select solution group: Infra Servicedesk, application module:  Account management (Infra) - Administrator - Account lock
  • Include following information in the description for who the account is requested:
    YMEEXT* account name
