Introduction

Conditions for using Trello at Yamaha Motor Europe, including Branches

  • Prior to the usage of a (new) Trello Workspace/ Board or upgrade of licenses YME IS team iSparkle, Bianca Van Der Meer (Service Delivery Officer) needs to be informed.
    This can be done by raising an Application Access request through the Jira Portal.  
    Include the following information:

    • Trello version (Free, Standard or Premium)

    • URL proposal (https://trello.com/w/XXXXXX)

    • Amount of users for the Workspace and Boards and who are the Workspace and or Board admins.

  • Trello usage and licenses will be re-evaluated by team iSparkle each year end of Q3/ beginning Q4 for the next year.
  • For paid versions (Standard, Premium) https://trello.com/pricing :
    • One paid license must be allocated to YME_Atlassian Support YmeAtlassianSupport@yamaha-motor.eu, with full admin rights on the Workspace. The costs for this license may be charged to YME IS Division. 
    • Any other licenses need to be purchased of the expense of the respective Division. For usage of a paid version approval from a Division or Country manager is required.

  • Trello Enterprise version is currently not available as we have not reached the limit of 50 licensed users. Trello Enterprise will be reconsidered if more than 3 divisions are using Trello or if more than 6 workspaces are in use and will only be centrally managed by YME IS team iSparkle.
    • Trello Enterprise licenses can only be purchased by YME Information Systems Division and will be charged to the respective YME divisions pro rata based on the number of users per division.
      Once Enterprise version is used Standard and Premium versions will be upgraded to Enterprise and are not allowed to be used anymore.
