Introduction Infonet

Infonet is the channel from YME to distribute and archive Business-information towards the contact persons at the several types of our partners (Yamaha-companies, distributors, third parties).

This application is used by the following divisions:

  • Parts & Accessories 
  • PTW 

  • Marine 

  • Marketing & Communication 

  • RVPP

Access to Infonet

Infonet can be reached via the following URL: https://infonet.yamaha-motor.eu/

Register a new account

To register a new account, use the following link: https://infonet.yamaha-motor.eu/#/registration/new
The User-account will be created by Information Systems division (Business Applications Support department), if all conditions are met. 

Category access

Access to the several categories will be under the control of each Division, for which we assigned at least one Administrator per Division:

  • Parts & Accessories
Ingrid de Vries / Ricardo Loor / Andrea de Rosa
  • PTW
Anna Simonov
  • Marine
Aufrida Pamungkas
  • Marketing & Communication
Laura D'Accardi / Wouter Postma / Antoni Orpinell
  • RVPP

 These persons could be contacted for questions related to access to categories per division.

Account issues

Account inactivated

Message: 'User not activated. Please contact support for more information.'

In the login-screen you can use the link 'I need to reactivate my account'

After entering your e-mail address, a new password will be sent to the e-mail address that is registered for this account and the account will be active again.


See below the step by step guide how to activate my Infonet account

  1. Log in screen, select 'I need to reactivate my account'
  2. After selecting the link, your e-mail address is requested
  3. If the request is validated, you will see a confirmation of the activation and the notification of an e-mail with your new password.

  4.  User can now log in with the new password, received in the e-mail.

Message:  'This email address is not associated with a registered user account or is not deactivated ' 

When this message appears there are two possibilities:

  • There is an existing Infonet account that matches the e-mailaddress but it is still active, a password reset is required.
  • A Infonet account is not existing for the specified e-mailaddress, a new Infonet account needs to be registered.

Password reset for active account

A ticket need to be raised in the Jira Supportdesk portal https://support.yamnet.com/ for Business Applications support, application Infonet to reset the password for your Infonet account.

If you do not have a Jira Supportdesk portal account please contact the administrator of the division to raise a ticket for you.
