  1. Note date and time of issue occurrence
  2. Check if Jira server is running and if CPU and memory access is sufficient
  3. Log on to the server and (as root) run the following commands:
    top -b -n 5 > top

    free -m > free

    vmstat 5 10 > vmstat

    df -hP > df

  4. Raise a ticket at Avisi support (first line) and include the generated log files to the ticket.
