- Create new ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
- Select solution group: Business Applications select one of the following application modules:
a) Jira - Acces/authorization
b) Confluence - Acces/authorization
c) Bitbucket - Acces/authorization - Include in the description the message/ issue that is encountered.
If you are not able to login into Jira to raise a ticket send a mail to: YME_B2B Applications b2bapps@yamaha-motor.eu.
