Introduction

This page describes the procedure used for Consumer Applications consultants to request access or how to request support for login issues or after login. 

Instructions how to raise a ticket in the Jira customer portal can be found here: YME Information Systems Supportdesk

Portal login for consultants:  Your username is equal to your e-mailaddress.


Access request procedures


Procedure access request for Jira / Confluence only

  • Create new Jira ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
    Select solution group: Consumer Applications, application module:  Jira - Access/authorization
    Include following information in the description for who the account is requested:
    • Specify if Jira and or Confluence access is needed.
    • Full name (first and last name)
    • Email-address 
    • Overview of required group access
    • If possible please provide copy from user (existing user where the authorization can be copied from, only if similar access is needed)
      If there is no copy from user please specify the Jira project/ Confluence Space/ pages where user need access to.
  • Include as participant: patrick.dittmar@yamaha-motor.nl

Yamaha will facilitate the creation of the user accounts in Jira / Confluence.
Credentials will be supplied to the user directly via e-mail/teams or Crypt share.

Procedure access request BitBucket or Jenkins only

  • Create new Jira ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
    Select solution group: Consumer Applications, application module:  Account management (Infra) - New Administrator Account (form)
    Include following information in the description for who the account is requested:
    • Full name (first and last name)
    • Email-address 
    • Include YMEEXT* account name if there is already a admin account existing.
    • For Bitbucket  include project names/ repositories where user needs access to
    • If possible please provide copy from user (existing user where the authorization can be copied from, only if similar access is needed)
  • Include as participant: patrick.dittmar@yamaha-motor.nl

Yamaha will fill in the Admin account request form and forward the request to Infra team for account creation or to add additional access to the already existing admin account.
Credentials for  Bitbucket, Citrix and Yamnet account will be supplied to the user directly via e-mail/teams or Crypt share.


Procedure Access request for new user:  Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket and or Jenkins 

  • Create new Jira ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
    Select solution group: Consumer Applications, application module:  Account management (Infra) - New Administrator Account (form)
    Include following information in the description for who the account is requested:

    • Email-address

Login issue support

Login issues Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket

  • Create new ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
  • Select solution group: Business Applications select one of the following application modules:
    a) Jira - Acces/authorization
    b) Confluence - Acces/authorization
    c) Bitbucket - Acces/authorization
  • Include in the description the message/ issue that is encountered.

    If you are not able to login into Jira to raise a ticket send a mail to:  YME_B2B Applications b2bapps@yamaha-motor.eu.

Login issues Citrix / Jenkins

  • Create new ticket via Jira Customer portal: https://support.yamnet.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
  • Select solution group: Infra Servicedesk, application module:  Account management (Infra) - Administrator - Account lock
  • Include following information in the description for who the account is requested:
    YMEEXT* account name
